  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Login to your tenant portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I qualify to rent one of your properties?

    You need to make three times (gross) the monthly rental amount. For example, if the rent is $600/ month, you should earn $1800/ month before taxes. We also run a nationwide criminal background check, full credit report, and rental/ landlord references. If your application comes back as "conditional" you may be asked to provide a double security deposit.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
  • Do you conduct background checks?

    Yes. We check credit (Transunion, Equifax, and Experian), eviction check, current and previous rental/ landlord references, conduct a nationwide criminal background check, and verify employment/ income. 

  • If I don't qualify on my own, do you accept co-signers?

    On a case by case basis. 

  • What is your Security Deposit policy?

    Typically, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. However, in special circumstances (marginal credit, insufficient income, etc.) we may require a double security deposit (two times the monthly rent). If you are approved with a double deposit it is non-negotiable. PLEASE NOTE: We will not take the property you want off the market until the security deposit is received in full. Once your application is approved, you have 24 hours from the time you are notified to pay the full security deposit. After 24 hours, we may take applications and/or rent the property to someone else.  

  • How long will it take to process my application?

    We generally receive the background screening results within 72 hours of applicant providing consent. However, we will not process any incomplete applications nor will we process it without the $55 application fee. 

  • What is your normal lease term?

    1 year minimum. If you are interested in a longer term, please contact us.  

  • Do you allow pets?

    The short answer is that it depends on the property. Many of our single family homes accept pets, but ultimately it is determined by the property owner and whether or not the property is in a pet-friendly community. If you do select a property that allows pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) as well as monthly pet rent (per pet).
